NAME WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING. THEN RUN THE REPS.
I help leaders, creators, and changemakers unleash their dopeness and lead with vision, integrity, and vitality, without burning out or selling out. As founder of The Presence Project, I blend strategy, somatics, and the arts to help people reckon with what’s true, release what no longer serves, and reclaim the clarity, courage, and authorship needed for their next chapter. I’ve worked with organizations including Lionsgate, Blavity, and the NBA Foundation, guiding individuals and teams to move with greater alignment, creative power, and human depth.

I work with progressive leaders, creatives, and change agents who want to bring their full power forward — without burning out or selling out. As founder of The Presence Project, I design transformative coaching and learning experiences that spark clarity, cohesion, and creative fire. Whether I’m guiding a CEO, an artist, or a community, my focus is simple: to help you unleash the dopeness within so you can lead with vision, integrity, and vitality.
My path has always lived at the crossroads of rigor and artistry. I’ve consulted at Deloitte, taught leadership at top universities, and collaborated with organizations like Lionsgate, Blavity, and the NBA Foundation. Along the way, I studied adaptive leadership with Alexander Grashow, trained in somatics at the Strozzi Institute, and immersed myself in practices ranging from qigong to sound healing. This unique blend of strategy, embodiment, and creativity makes my coaching both practical and deeply transformative.
Leaders come to me when the old ways of pushing harder stop working. I help them step out of burnout, align ambition with purpose, and create cultures where people actually thrive. My approach is direct, soulful, and designed to cut through noise — so you and your team can do the work you’re here to do, and do it with joy.
If you’re ready to evolve your leadership, elevate your impact, and stay true to yourself in the process, I’d love to partner with you.

One Leader, One Team, Or Your Whole Leadership Layer
Strategy, somatics and the arts, brought to the same problem. Fifteen years of it, thirty-five programs, three thousand leaders a year, and a facilitation team trained so the work runs without him in the room.
One leader
Coaching through a consequential season: a new mandate, a hard team, a decision that will not resolve. Somatic work alongside the strategic, because the body commits before the plan does.
One team
Intact senior teams through three to six session arcs on alignment, decision rights, trust and repair. Adaptive leadership, learned under a co-author of the field's standard text.
Your leadership layer
Cohort programs, manager curricula, learning pathways and facilitator guides, built for the tier between your executives and the floor, then handed over so they run without the person who designed them.

The stack behind it is not the usual one: strategy at Deloitte, general semantics at Coro, doctoral work at Columbia in ethnomusicology, adaptive leadership under Zander Grashow, and retreats run with the Esalen Institute.
